The Wenatchee World reports that Luis A. Rodriguez, 18, of Quincy, was killed and his passenger, Jose Mendoza, suffered chest injuries and bruises in a rollover car accident on Highway 28 three miles east of Quincy.
According to he report, Rodriguez crossed the centerline, crashed into a ditch, causing the car to roll. The car landed on its wheels about 30 feet from the roadway.
The article did not say whether speed, or alcohol were factors in the car accident.
