Two killed, 1 injured when car crashes into a Union Gap mobile home

Roger Guerrero, 22, and his 15-year-old passenger, Israel Cabada, were killed in a Union Gap car accident when Guerrero lost control of his Mitsubishi Lance and hit a mobile home. Maximilliano L. Rivera, 15, a second passenger in the vehicle was injured. All three people in the car were from Yakima.

The car accident occurred in the 600 block on Valley Mall Boulevard around 8:40pm. Police believe that excessive speed was a factor in the motor vehicle accident. It is unknown whether alcohol or drugs were a factor. All three were wearing seat belts.
