An unidentified motorist suffered serious injuries when his car overturned after being cut off by another driver on June 4, 2011, just before 11 a.m. on Route 78 (SR-78) in San Marcos. According to the California Highway Patrol Officers, the victim hit the center divide, rolled, and came to a stop in the right lane west of the Nordahl Road exit.
The injured driver was immediately transported to a nearby hospital to be treated. The exact details of the incident are unknown and the other driver was not identified. It is possible that the other driver was negligent and caused the accident.
The victim should immediately contact a San Diego auto accident attorney to learn about his rights and legal options, if the other driver was, in fact, at fault. Our personal injury law office sincerely hopes that the injuries suffered by the victim do not prove fatal and heal soon.
