At least one person died in a serious three-car collision that occurred on July 11, 2011, around 1:47 p.m. on Highway 18 (SR-18) at Mescalero Road in High Desert.. According to the responding California Highway Patrol Officers, this fatal accident occurred near the Los Angeles County line.

From the present information, it is unclear what caused this major car accident that involved 3 vehicles. Since it was a multiple-vehicle car accident, any of the drivers involved may be responsible for causing the accident. It would be interesting for the investigating officers to determine whether any of the drivers was driving under the influence of alcohol or any other drug. Though the investigation is in process, the victims should consult with a Los Angeles County car accident lawyer to know about their legal rights and options.

An experienced car crash lawyer will help the deceased’s family members obtain compensation to cover funeral and burial costs, loss of anticipated income, loss of love, care and companionship, and other accident-related damages. The personal injury attorney would work in cooperation with the investigating officers to assure that the at-fault party is apprehended and brought to justice.

Our law office offers sincere condolences to all those who knew and loved the victim for such heart rendering loss.

An unidentified motorist was killed in a car accident that occurred on June 6, 2011, around 5:20 a.m. on Interstate 15 (I-15) deep in the Mojave Desert. According to California Highway Patrol Officer Heath Poulsen, the driver was ejected out of his white 2011 Hyundai, when it overturned between Cima and Bailey Roads.

The driver was pronounced dead at the accident scene. He was driving northbound and alone in the car. From the limited information available, it is unclear what made the vehicle overturn just north of Baker, halfway between Barstow and the Nevada-California state line. An investigation will yield if the accident was due to loss of control, traffic violation, or if any other vehicle involved.

The person found responsible for the crash will be held liable for victim’s wrongful death. It would be in the best interest of the victim’s family members to immediately seek counsel from a car accident lawyer in San Bernardino County to know about their legal rights and options.

An auto collision attorney would help the victim’s family obtain timely compensation to cover funeral and burial costs, loss of anticipated earnings, loss of love and companionship, and other accident-related expenses.

Our law office offers sincere condolences to all those who knew and loved the victim for such a tragic loss.

One person suffered critical injuries in a serious truck wreck that occurred on June 1, 2011, around 9:27 a.m. on Interstate 40 (I-40), deep in the Mojave Desert. According to the California Highway Patrol Officers, the truck went out of control and rolled over, causing to a severe traffic jam and major clean-up project east of Ludlow.

The injured person was immediately airlifted to a nearby hospital to receive treatment for a deep cut in the groin. From the available information, it is not clear what made the truck driver lose control of the vehicle. An investigation is required to determine whether the driver was driving recklessly.

The injured victim should immediately consult with an experienced San Bernardino County truck accident lawyer who would hire a trained private investigator to find out how the rollover occurred. A truck injury attorney will make it easy for the victim to obtain compensation to cover treatment, medical and hospitalization costs, and other accident-related expenses. However, if the driver lost control because of a mechanical error, his employer may be held responsible for the injuries suffered and other accident-related damages for both the driver and the victim.

Our personal injury law office hopes and prays that the injuries suffered by the victim heal soon and that he recovers to his complete health.

19-year-old Bianca Mathew was killed in a freeway car accident that occurred on May 20, 2011, around 1:10 a.m. deep in the Mojave Desert. According to the responding California Highway Patrol Officers, Mathew was a backseat passenger in a blue 2006 Honda Odyssey that rear-ended an International big rig on the northbound lanes at Mountain Pass.

Mathew was pronounced dead at the scene. From the available information, the exact cause of the accident is not unknown. Since this accident happened late at night, maybe the lights and road signs were unclear. The state of alertness of the driver is also questionable.

It is indeed a very tough time for the family and no words can be enough to reduce their loss. However they have to maintain their calm and consult with an experienced car accident lawyer who can advise them of their legal rights and options. An attorney may also hire his own team of detectives for an in-depth investigation to know the real cause of the accident. The road maintenance authorities, the car manufacturer, the driver, or even another vehicle may be responsible for the teenager’s wrongful death.

In such a case, the family of the deceased may be entitled for a compensation to cover the expenses incurred for funeral of the teenager, loss of love and companionship, loss of earnings, and for the pain and suffering that the family is going through.

Our personal injury law office offers our sincere condolences to all those who knew and loved the victim. Losing a loved one due to someone’s negligence is indeed a disturbing and heart-rendering loss.
