At least two people were killed in a tragic single-vehicle rollover that occurred on July 4, 2011, around 9:45 a.m. on the 60 Freeway (SR-60) near Pyrite Street in Glen Avon, just west of Riverside. According to the responding California Highway Patrol officers, a silver-colored SUV rolled over several times and landed back on its wheels.

Seven people were transported to a nearby hospital to receive treatment for the injuries. There were two fatalities at the scene.

Riverside County Coroner's office is investigating to determine the exact cause of SUV rollover. If it is found that the SUV driver lost control of the vehicle due to a mechanical failure, then the automaker will be held for victims’ wrongful death and injuries suffered by others. However, if unmaintained road is found to be reason for the rollover, the road maintenance authorities may be held liable for the crash.

The victims’ family members should seek counsel from Riverside County highway accident attorney to obtain compensation to cover funeral and burial costs, loss of future income, loss of love and companionship, and other accident-related expenses. The injured victims are also eligible to obtain compensation to cover treatment, medical, and hospital costs.

An unidentified 53-year-old Moreno Valley woman was killed in a solo vehicle auto accident that occurred on April 30, 2011, around 7:50 p.m. in the 4600 block of Olivewood Avenue in Riverside. According to the California Highway Patrol Officers responding to the car crash scene, the car in which the victim was driving crashed into a tree for unknown reasons.

The injured woman was immediately transported to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment where she was ultimately pronounced dead about two hours later. The investigating officers are trying to determine the exact cause of this auto accident.

The investigation is still being conducted. Unfortunately, it is unclear from the facts of the news story why the accident occurred. There is a possibility that the auto accident may have been the result of a mechanical defect or design issue. It could have also been the result of an uneven road surface. Regardless of the facts, the victim’s family should at least take advantage of a free consulation with a Riverside personal injury attorney who can hire a trained private investigator to investigate how the accident occurred and to determine if there are any facts which would suggest that the accident was the cause of someone else’s negligence. The Jurewitz Law Group offers a free consultation and “No Fee Guarantee” which provides that if no money is recovered for damages, you do not owe any attorneys’ fees to our law firm.

Our law office offers our sincere condolences to all those who knew and loved the victim for such a heart rendering loss.

A serious car accident occurred in Riverside County on April 20, 2011 about 8:50 a.m. near Alessandro Boulevard, east of Moreno Valley. According to the information available, the injured victims suffered minor injuries including bruises and facial lacerations.

From the available information, it is very difficult to paint the accident story. How many vehicles were involved? How many people were hurt? Was there any traffic violation? Was anyone driving under influence? Did anyone jump a red light? All this and many more questions are unanswered.

Such investigations are very intricate. Every minor detail has to be given importance. A skilled accident lawyer can undertake this task by engaging his own team of investigators to determine the cause of the accident and to hold those responsible for causing the accident. Although an official investigation process is on, the victims are advised to seek counsel from an experienced Riverside County car accident attorney who would assure thorough investigation of the cause of the accident and possibly obtain timely and fair compensation to pay for the cost of hospitalization, medical costs, loss of wages, and other accident related damages.

Our personal injury law office sincerely hopes that the injuries suffered by the victims heal soon.
